A Customer Service Advisor is required to join one of the largest and fastest growing travel visa companies in the UK.
They are are a highly specialised tourist and business travel visa service to organisations of all shapes and sizes. They advise and support their customers on ensuring that all immigration and border control requirements are met, in addition to also obtaining the entry visa on behalf of the traveller.

The Key Responsibilities are:
- To provide information and support to direct customers and travel partners on all the necessary requirements that are needed to obtain the appropriate travel visa.
- To ensure that all administration (both manual and on computerised systems) is completed accurately enabling the customer to have received their travel visa within agreed time frames
- To deliver excellent standards of customer service at all times
- To keep up-to-date with every countries latest visa requirements
