A well-known company in their industry is looking for an Office Manager to join their senior team. In this role you will be working in their boutique executive office space, alongside the MD, Operations Director and Marketing Director. You will execute existing and develop new systems, along with day to day admin tasks to ensure the business is operating efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, able to work independently with little or no supervision and make decisions independently taking into account the best interests of the company. You must be exceedingly well organised, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a company of diverse people.

In this role you will be the sole support function to the field operations teams and therefore need to be flexible and adaptable.

The day to day duties include:

- Being the go to person in the office where you will be answering telephone queries and responding to client enquiries
- Assisting the Operations Director with proposal writing
- Scheduling field staff and accurately passing on required job information
- Invoicing of completed work
- Preparing payroll reports
- Customer liaison and complaint handling
- Assist with HR paperwork, on-boarding new employees, and general correspondence
- Setting up new starters in the payroll system
- Assisting the senior team with other ad-hoc tasks as required


- Proven office management experience
- Upbeat, can-do attitude and professional, friendly demeanor
- Flexible attitude to working hours, especially during June/July peak trading periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong organisational skills with a great attention to detail
- Team-oriented personality that can work with all levels of staff
- Flexibility with workload; able to multitask and switch gears when needed
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
