About the role
They are now looking for a New Business Development Executive to:-
- Ensure leads from their demand generation program and activities are qualified, tracked and measured
- Be responsible lead management process to ensure effective follow-through and measurement and reporting of leads in order to optimise the return on investment of the marketing budget
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Teams to implement best practices from a campaign execution perspective.
- Book first appointments with qualified leads
- Follow up with the Law Firm customer after the appointment to assist in the conversion to a sale and rollout.
- Identify other potential prospects within the businesses profile.

This is intended to be an office based role, based in their beautiful offices in Swallowfield, Reading however occasional home working can be accommodated for staff who demonstrate independent, proactive and self motivated working practices.

To be successful in this role you will need to be tenacious, ambitious, self-motivated, optimistic, persuasive and personable.

- Have previous telesales/ lead generation experience
- Be able to demonstrate drive and ambition with a desire for results
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Display strong ability to influence
- Have a personable and friendly nature with the ability to work on own initiative but to also be a team player
- Exhibit a competitive and can do attitude
- Be a quick learner who is proactive and able to work on own initiative
