This company specialises in providing Interim Management and Management Recruitment services for family owned and Private Equity backed businesses. They have offices in Beverley East Yorkshire and in York from where they operate across the North of England.

They are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team and help us grow.
This new role will be an integral part of their team. It will encompass every aspect of business development within a small Interim and Recruitment firm. You will need to be able to implement and work to a sales process - they don't mind if it's your process or theirs, but they do need someone to follow a structured sales process. The basics:

Building and maintaining their CRM system;
Making contact with clients through a combination of e-marketing and telephone
Booking sales appointments

You will come from a sales and marketing related discipline, have a naturally enquiring mind and an engaging personality.

You will need to demonstrate a track record of excellent business development results, initiative and the ability to work independently. Accuracy, attention to detail and organisation skills are essential.

You will be used to working with a high degree of autonomy, prioritising and managing your own workload. You must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Home or office based
Basic Salary up to GBP24,000 - FTE or equivalent pro rata
Performance related bonus OTE of GBP12,000 - but uncapped
