This organsiation supports the learning and development of young people through unique educational programmes delivered in schools and colleges, at racecourses, trainers' yards and studs.

Having been through a recent restructure, the charity now seeks a dynamic and inspirational leader to guide it through its ambitious development plans.

This is an exceptional opportunity, as the Chief Executive you will provide leadership, vision, and direction, driving development through the outreach programmes in support of the charity's objectives. You will lead in delivering and implementing strategies in the areas of education, volunteering and building relationships with the communities in which this organisation operates. You will help in delivering success and long term sustainability, coordinating stakeholder steering groups and reporting to trustees, and will also be responsible for developing educational material and general operational management.

To succeed in this dynamic and demanding role you will have a track record in leading and motivating people to exceed organisational goals, creating a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideally, you will be accustomed to coordinating and influencing stakeholder groups, with the ability to develop and lead in agreeing a detailed strategy.

If you have experience at senior functional level in a charitable institution or within the educational sector, and have a keen interest in horseracing, they can offer an extraordinary opportunity. You would be putting your skills and experience to use by making a positive difference to the lives of young people through the unique setting of racing.

The role is based in offices in London, with frequent travel within the UK.
