This company is looking for an experienced customer service executive to join their small and busy team.

Your primary responsibilities would be:

- Providing customer service through telephone and email
- Processing orders
- Managing customer returns
- Some account management with key NHS accounts

The role is flexible and should you have skills and experience above these essential elements, the role can develop around you.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3+ years experience in office environments
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Strong computer literacy
- Live within a short driving/cycling distance of Walton-on-Thames (public transport is a 20 min walk away)

Salary: up to GBP25,000 d.o.e.
