Field Based Team Leader

Instore Field Marketing Team Leader

Location: Nottingham, Derby and Leicester

Hours: 18hrs per week

Salary: GBP8.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a Team Leader to oversee a team of Merchandisers working within the above area.

As the Team Leader, you would be responsible for the successful execution of all agreed call activity within the area. You will also be responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of a team of dedicated Merchandisers (Retail Support Advisors)

Other duties include:

• Motivate staff to achieve objectives
• Complete regular audits in line with agreed KPIs
• Arrange tactical merchandising cover for holiday, sickness and other additional activities
• Investigate and resolve issues with store management, in line with company procedures
• Cover calls where necessary

The successful applicant:

As this role is field based, therefore the successful candidate will need to have a full clean driving licence and access to their own vehicle. The ideal candidate will also have experience in retail, or a field marketing environment and have a passion for ensuring that high standards are delivered and KPIs are met. It is essential that you:

• Have a full driving licence and access to a car
• Possess customer service experience
• Have management or supervising experience
• Are able to give clear instructions, both verbally and written
• Have the ability to adapt your approach to suit a person or situation
• Are able to solve problems and make decisions using your own initiative
