Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver – (Counterbalance / Reach truck)

40 hours per week

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative who will assist in day to day warehouse duties.

General Roles and Responsibilities are; but not limited to:

• Pick orders for distribution

• Ensure orders are correct in quality and quantity

• Ensure each load is secure for transit and labelled correctly

• Load/unload vehicles manually or using forklifts

• Move stock manually or using forklift in warehouses

• Complete delivery/goods in notes

• Ensure stock rotation

• Keep warehouses and surrounding grounds clean and tidy

• Ensures Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to

• Working to quality standards

Skills and experience:

• Self-Motivated and disciplined

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Warehouse experience

• Computer Literate an advantage

• Manual lifting involved

• Fork Lift Truck experience and Licence an advantage but not essential

The person must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:

• be respectful

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm (Overtime as and when required)
