Since 2009 they have delivered fully accredited Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor courses in the UK and worldwide.

They are looking for highly motivated course advisers to be part of their developing business. This is a full time role for someone who has experience with making sales over the phone. Perhaps you've worked in membership sales, general sales, in health and fitness, or even run your own business. You will be a self-starter looking for a challenge with an urge to succeed.
An entrepreneurial spirit is desirable as you will be responsible for growing your part of the business and expected to reach and exceed targets. You are competitive yet a team player.
You must have experience of closing sales over the phone to apply for this job.
Responsibilities include:
- Leads management
- Reaching sales targets
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
- Off site visits
- Updating database and spreadsheets
- Customer service
Skills include:
- Clearly spoken and comfortable with advising on the phone and in person
- Numerical and English language proficiency.
- Competency and accuracy with IT software such as word processing, CRM and spreadsheets
Marketing
- Ability to convert leads
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail
Remuneration:
Competitive basic salary GBP20000+Uncapped OTE GBP48,000 (including basic of GBP20k)
Hours: 40 hours per week a shift rota basis.
