Account Manager (Midlands, East England and Wales)

GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 plus incentives, car allowance

It is an exciting time at this company, as they seek to expand their offerings and maximise their penetration within the UK and overseas markets. The company portfolio range will increase in the coming years. It will include additional medical conditions and software solutions.

Therefore, they are now seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join the existing sales team. The successful individual will need to have a proven track record of generating and closing accounts.

The Account Manager will focus on securing new customers, and in turn growing their revenue per account and market share. This will require working closely with, but not limited to, practices, CCGs, AHSN, private companies and Trusts.

Main Purpose of Job:

The main purpose of this role is to increase company revenue through:
- Selling the INRstar portfolio into new accounts
- Upselling INRstar products/services to existing accounts
- Selling any new products/services to new and existing accounts
- Assisting the whole sales team in achieving sales targets/goals
- Making sure all existing accounts renew their licenses, whilst looking for ways of improving their commercial arrangements
- Ensuring all touch points receive a professional service throughout this process
- Promoting best practice and methods of improving patient outcomes

You will:

- Have knowledge or experience of working in the NHS/healthcare sector
- Have a proven track record of generating and closing accounts
- Have the ability to constantly seek opportunities to upsell add-ons
- Be IT literate, in particular proficient in Excel
- Have excellent facilitation and organisational skills
- Have experience of field sales
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pay excellent attention to detail
- Love what you do
- Be permitted to work in the UK
- Be prepared to travel and able to drive
- Be comfortable working collaboratively, as part of a team, and with other department heads
- Have a full driving licence

You may:

- Have experience in agile methodologies
- Have some understanding of software industries
- Have knowledge or experience of working in a standards compliant environment
- Have knowledge of Anticoagulation

As this role is an offsite position, it is critical that the Account Manager visits the office in Cornwall on a regular basis.

This is a full time position. Our core working hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, however some work outside of these hours will be required.
