Fraud Team Member: Full time, permanent.
Shift pattern: days or nights, 3 on 3 off shift rotations, shift allowances available.
Salary: £7.40 per hour, plus 22% night shift allowance (where applicable).
Working hours days: 8am to 8pm
Working hours nights: 8pm to 8am

What’s the role all about?
The Fraud Team Member will be responsible for liaising with customers regarding their accounts where transactions may be considered fraudulent or the customer has disputed, whilst delivering superior performance and a first class customer experience for our specialist clients, for their customers and for our colleagues to ensure all requirements and service levels for the client are achieved.

Departments in TSYS Managed Services include customer service, sales, fraud detection, disputes and chargeback and credit collection.
