They have a fantastic opportunity to work in their growing Customer Service team. In this role you will work closely with their customers and team members from all over the business, including; production, sales and merchandising to improve their customer's experience with us!

The ideal candidate will possess a real entrepreneurial flair and a genuine interest in people, training, and problem solving in the manufacturing, construction and interior design industry.

- Working in a team dedicated to providing excellent customer service by phone and in person.
- Coordinate repairs, reworks and remake of their pieces.
- Liaise with all areas of the business to ascertain the origin of customer service issues.
