You need to live in the East Midlands area.

This Regional Account Manager role is field based and involves extensive travel within area and also at least 2 visits per month to the company Head office in Bradford/ and/or sales office in Barnsley.

Main responsibilities are:
- to continue to develop new business in our traditional marketplace (Business and industry).
- to focus increasingly on identified strategic markets - contract caterers, the education/sports and leisure sector, facilities management organisations, public arenas.

Key aspects of this role involve:
- informed prospect identification and input into lead generation
- managing appointments/client presentations impressively and efficiently
- composing quotations which clearly illustrate an appreciation of client' requirements and commercial awareness
- gaining a thorough knowledge of competitor strengths and weaknesses

And additionally, :
- completing tenders in line with industry requirements
- maximising life-time value through up-selling/cross-selling
- using the CRM system (Goldmine) appropriately.
