As a result of pending maternity leave, this company has the opportunity for someone to join their team for 9-12 months as a Recruitment Administration Manager/EA. This role is accountable for the leadership of the Operational Delivery team, ensuring the smooth co-ordination of Executive Search assignments from bid to execution and evaluation. The role is accountable for the management of a small team, and is also required to provide executive assistance and support to the Sector Lead for Local Government

In this role you'll liaise with clients to capture and manage timetable & assignment requirements, the management of key dates, and supporting pack materials, to the co-ordination of diaries, venues, travel and on-going communication between candidates, clients and fee earning consultants. Working with an in-house system you will be required to update and generate reports for financial purposes . Supporting the management of both candidate and client experience is an essential and varied aspect of the role.

You'll be required to liaise with finance, speak directly with high profile and executive candidates, and support and negotiate with clients to ensure that everyone's requirements are catered for appropriately. As well as playing a hands on support and co-ordination role, this position is also accountable for overseeing the management of the Birmingham office. Experience of managing third party providers, and overseeing and supporting the development of teams would be an advantage.

As part of a wider Management team for Support, across the company, this role will work alongside other Managers and EA's to oversee the capacity and resourcing of the support team, ensuring that all assignments are appropriately resourced, and external associates are only called upon where appropriate. With accountability for overseeing the quality of support, it will be essential that best practice and ideas for continuous improvement are proactively shared and welcomed.

In supporting the Sector Lead as an EA you'll need to multi-task, not only managing your own workload, and that of your team, but also supporting and protecting the diary of their Senior Partner within Local Government. As an EA, you'll be required to support the co-ordination of agenda's and team meetings, respond to internal and external queries, be proactive with fact finding and problem solving and demonstrate the ability to think independently, and proactively, being agile with plans and exceptional with communication, and negotiation.
