Must Have:

- Good phone and email skills as it involves talking directly to customers.
- Experience with customer service.
- Desire to grow in the role and look to help the business grow.
- Willingness to learn.

The job will involve taking orders over the phone/email and speaking to customers about products and assisting them with any information they need.

It will also involve talking to existing customers touching base with them and growing their spend with the company to see if they can do more for them.

Another area will be a customer service which will mean talking to customers about queries and any problems with the products, also delivery times.
