Location: East Sheen
Due to expansion and re-organisation, an experienced AV and Aerial Engineer is required to join a successful, established and dynamic organisation. They provide high end AV solutions to an impressive client list of customers across London and the South East.
As an experienced AV Engineer you will be installing state of the art equipment into client sites as per their own bespoke designs. Your ability to work under your own initiative is crucial, as is your talent and professionalism in demonstrating your expertise in all technical matters. You will be an excellent communicator, with strong customer skills and at ease talking with their valued clients face to face or on the telephone.
You will have a strong interest in developing your knowledge of home entertainment products and will be expected to facilitate end user training. If you have the aptitude, they are willing to develop and train the right candidates. You will be part of a team of specialists who provide dedicated support to a loyal and growing list of customers.
Your duties would include:
- To diligently carry out all duties requested and related to installations, including but not restricted to televisions, audio and entertainment systems, aerial and satellite installs, multi room AV, Sonos, IT networks as needed, wireless access points and all relevant related engineering or IT needs.
- Diagnose and resolve any technical issues that their customers may raise
- Ensure good working knowledge of all their systems and processes
- Assist in their local Richmond store as required
- Constantly seek to improve processes and client experience through product knowledge and professional conduct.
