The unit is situated on a retail park next door to the cinema, they offer a warm friendly atmosphere are serve great British dishes throughout the day and evening.

AWT - GBP25k - GBP35k

Split - Food 70% Wet 30%

If you have experience in a branded, high-volume restaurant or pub group, this position of Kitchen Manager may be what you are looking for to take the next step on the career ladder.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to manage the opening and closing of the kitchen, prepare, cook and present food to company specification, keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times, maintain accurate food ordering and stocking levels, including kitchen materials, manage all kitchen - related office administration and third-party contractors, assist in delivering financial targets set for the house, manage wastage and train and develop staff.
