Job Description
Relax and enjoy providing a zen experience for every guest. Your role as Senior Therapist involves assisting the Spa Manager to take responsibility for the spa department, the spa team and providing amazing hospitality to our
guests. You will be required to ensure that all guest expectations are exceeded during the spa experience. You will be responsible for motivating the team, communicating with other departments, managing the spa ensuring all standards are met. You will be passionate about spas and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. You must be organised, an excellent communicator, a hands-on manager who has excellent attention to detail. Experience in a similar quality spa is necessary and knowledge in holistic therapies, aromatherapy and ESPA products is an advantage; along with Jessica and St Tropez. CIDESCO, ITEC or CIBTAC qualifications preferable. Assistant Spa Managers must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile. This position is a fantastic opportunity to develop yourself to Spa Manager level.#
