Demi Chef de Partie Bourton on The Water Gloucestershire upto 19K plus Tips and Live In
Demi Chef de Partie required for this superb Cotswold Hotel and award winning Restaurant and Brasserie.
The experienced Head Chef is looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie with good all-round experience of cooking with fresh ingredients and would happily consider a strong Commis chef looking to improve.
Previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients in a fast paced kitchen is preferred; all dishes are cooked from scratch using fresh seasonal produce.
As Demi Chef De Partie you will be working as part of a team, assisting with a variety of daily tasks depending upon your skill level and as part of your on-going training, you will also be partially responsible for a section ensuring that everything is clean, organised and ready for service.
The Position has live in available if required but would also suit a candidate living in the Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh, Chipping Norton or possibly South Cheltenham area with their own transport if required.
