Are you a born leader? Bistro Manager involves taking responsibility for ensuring that all food and beverage within the hotel is delivered with personality. You will be required to ensure that all guest expectations are met during the bistro experience and providing amazing hospitality to our guests. As part of the role you will be responsible for motivating the team, communicating with the kitchen and other departments, managing the restaurant ensuring all standards are met with attention to detail, creating memories of an experience that the guest will never forget. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator, a hands on manager who has excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a similar quality restaurant is required and knowledge of food, wine and beverage is an advantage. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.

Head Chef role involves taking responsibility for the kitchen department, food cost, ordering, food and health and safety of the kitchen brigade and all food preparation. Ensuring our tasty dishes must be prepared with attention to detail and to the highest standard. Motivate the team and share knowledge. Training and developing chefs within the team is just as important to create a great brigade for the future. Head Chef will report directly to the General Manager and works closely with the Brand Executive Chef. Experience of working in a similar quality restaurant is required and an excellent knowledge of food is necessary.
