This provider of tracking software is looking for a Rockstar Sales Executive.
You've taken your first step in working for an awesome SaaS business that's taking new steps in IP tracking
They are not your standard conventional sales team, but thought leaders, experts and consultants in shaping and defining their customer's sales prospecting.
Your role will be developing relationships with marketing, advertising and web agencies to provide their software into these agencies to sell to their clients.
You must have attention to detail, and a solid knowledge on B2B sales, someone who understands digital agencies objectives and goals through planning and delivery of agencies campaigns.
You also need to be self-motivated and ensuring their customers are happily using their tool in their day-to-day marketing activities. This role is ideal for a true problem solver, champions of customer success and someone who understands both technical and commercial problems as well as someone who knows how to advise and close sales. Responsibilities
- Reaching out and creating relationships with digital agencies.
- Demonstrating the product through online screen sharing.
- Upselling and promoting additional Users to existing customers.
- A solid priority on customer success.
- Become a product expert within 30 days through training within the team
- Investigate and diagnose problems and work with our team for solutions.
- Happy working in a fast growing start up.
Requirements
- Understand a customers situation, pain-points and challenges and advise how to use our tool to increase User numbers (sales) of our tool.
- Awesome customer support and interpersonal skills required
- Articulate and good written and verbal skills
- An understanding of technical and commercial business.
