Contracts Manager

Residential Housebuilding

This company is one of the fastest growing private housebuilders in the UK. As part of their expansion they are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful Contracts Manager should have experience in private residential housebuilding and conversions.

Contracts Manager Role:

- Managing multiple projects from inception through to completion
- Ensure efficient running of contracts
- Effective management of all resources associated with the contract
- Managing and monitoring sub-contractors' performance
- Working closely with the Site Quantity Surveyors
- Operating as the first point of contact for clients / the public / site managers / sub-contractors
- Liaise and develop relationships with customers and their representatives
- Ensure all contracts are fully compliant with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental legislation

Contracts Manager Requirements:

- MCIOB, HNC/HND or Degree level in a related construction subject.
- CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS certifications are essential
- Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager, running projects valued between £500k - £10M
- Experience in residential new build projects

Contracts Manager Package:

- Salary £45-55K plus performance bonus
- Company car
