Senior Remedy Developer

Salary: GBP55k +
A vacancy has arisen to join a highly skilled team as an experienced remedy developer with strong technical expertise in developing, configuring and implementing all aspects of the BMC - Remedy ITSM system.
The Principal Objectives will be:
• The Developer will be responsible for design, development, enhancement, analysis, support, and maintenance of the Remedy environment.
• Deployment of solutions into Test and Production environments under production change control.
• Maintain and administer the Remedy system which includes multi-Application Server configuration, mid-tier, the core application, the database and 3rd party interfaces.
• Working within the development team to provide 3rd line support on all modules of the BMC Remedy system (option to be part of an out of hours on-call rota)
Key Requirements:
• Have at least 5 years' experience in developing BMC Remedy systems and at least 18 months on v7.5+
• Have extensive experience in configuring and customising components of ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change, Task, SRM, SLM, AIE and CMDB
