Administrator / Customer Care Rep 
Manchester, Greater Manchester

Our client is an independent and leading provider of next generation telecommunications solutions. They are now seeking an Administrator / Customer Care Rep to join their team.

As an Administrator / Customer Care Rep, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day administration, support and office management for the business. As a key member of a small team, you’ll ensure that customers receive a high quality service at all times. 

Supporting the Sales Teams, you’ll manage and process orders, ensuring that any customer queries are swiftly resolved. 

You will manage and co-ordinate customer care issues between departments and the Sales Teams to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. 

Carrying out reception duties, you’ll welcome visitors to the office and assist them with any issues they may have. Additionally, you’ll perform a range of PA duties for the Managing Director.

- Administration and/or customer care experience 
- A Level qualifications (or equivalent) 

Well-organised and reliable, as an Administrator / Customer Care Rep, you must be articulate and confident in your approach. You must also be eager to increase your skill-set and always happy to get stuck into a new challenge.
