Set in 134 acres of stunning Oxfordshire countryside, the property is surrounded by an 18 hole golf course with 11 lakes. The hotel offers 52 rooms, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 24h room service, 7 function rooms, a Spa, a health club with gym, tennis courts and indoor swimming pool. They are currently building a new High-Performance gym, climbing wall, assault course and 66 bedrooms.

We have a great opportunity for a reservationist to join their busy and friendly team. Undertaking the role will mean you representing the hotel to guests and clients taking different types of reservations, but predominantly room bookings. Maintaining accuracy, customer service and sales as required.

Familiar in this role and computer systems, this role requires drive and the desire to go deliver a high level of customer service to be successful.

They will pay bonus after a probationary period for the role.
