Full and Part Time Support Workers Required. (Female Applicants only)

Due to expansion, our client currently has several permanent positions in the Morecambe areas.

No experience or qualifications are necessary as they provide full training for successful candidates.

They are a well-established company who have a proven track record in providing excellent "person centered" support to the people who have used their services over the last twenty years.

Our client has a passion for helping the people they support to reach their full potential and are always looking for people with the right values and qualities to join their highly motivated support team.

They need full and part time support workers to work with people with learning and physical disabilities who have additional or complex needs and require personal care.

In return they offer their staff induction training, a 24 hour help line, appraisal, supervision, and other forms of support and development.

Their unqualified rates start from £12,376 - £14,560 and they offer excellent promotion opportunities.

• Seeing their family and keeping in touch.
