Our client is a small to medium sized business, having grown rapidly since it was established in 2013. They have offices in Mayfair, Leatherhead (Surrey) and Manchester, with this role being based in the Leatherhead office. The objective of the organisation is to provide clients with an excellent service in the management of families and individuals financial assets as well as the protection of their financial legacy.

Main Responsibilities and Duties :
Arranging client meetings
Managing/maintaining Directors and Pension Managers diaries
Secretarial support (Audio and Copy Typing)
Completing expense claims for the team
Handling client enquires
Preparing documentation and reports
Work of a confidential and complex nature
Review and assist in managing emails
Collating information into packs for client meetings
Maintaining client records
Providing administrative support to both the pension and investment areas as and when required
Meet and greet visitors to the office upon arrival and making refreshments
Ad Hoc tasks including: document scanning, post distribution and franking of mail
Answering the telephone and directing calls as appropriate
Carry out other duties that may be reasonably required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Personal integrity and ethics
Takes ownership and relishes responsibility
Ability to interact with individuals of all seniority
Great team worker
Professional in approach to work and with clients
Computer literature
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook)
Previous use of Sasspro and/or Advisor office beneficial but not essential

Previous experience in professional service organisation would be beneficial but not essential.
