Armaplate UK Ltd are looking for someone to join their team in Customer Service, Sales & Support. We are based in the center of Horwich and have been in business since 1996 providing unique and patented security products for light commercial vehicles.

We are a small company (a dozen employees) and every employee plays a KEY ROLE and is a highly valued member of the team. We work in an extremely pleasant environment with a modern approach to management and a keenness to make the workplace something to be enjoyed. You certainly won’t have that “Monday morning feeling”.

For the last 20 years, we have only worked weekdays, enjoying our weekends and making sure we’re fresh and ready for the week ahead. There’s a generous holiday allowance and our rates of pay are extremely competitive. We are a company who believe in looking after their valued members of staff.

Now, let’s tell you a little about the job itself…

We are looking for someone to join the Customer Service Sales & Support Team. You don’t need to be a sales-person with years of experience, but you do need to have a strong desire to help people! You need to be a good communicator, be bright, articulate, methodical and most of all, helpful. Our customers are the most important people in our business and it is essential that you share our interest in looking after them.

As a member of the team, you would be required to keep in touch with our existing customers by phone and make sure that they are happy with everything, have enough stock and schedule any installation work for them. All our work is Business-to-Business, so it is far easier than dealing with Joe Public.

The Armaplate brand is very well respected in the industry and we are well known for providing the very best in vehicle security. Our products are UNIQUE and PATENTED, so there is virtually no competition!! See

HOURS : Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm

PAY : Negotiable

EXPERIENCE REQ : Previous CSR experience would be beneficial, but more important to us is a strong desire to succeed generally and keen to see a task through to the end.

• Comfortable with PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Able to respond in writing to clients with no spelling/grammar mistakes.
