Optimus SearchPath, a successful retained search firm in the Chicago area is seeking an experienced recruiter based in UK or elsewhere in the EU. This person will be responsible for developing European CPG/FMCG companies that wish to do business in North America. We have a successful track record helping European companies launch in North America. We will handle the fulfillment portion of the process on our end when you acquire the searches. Conversely, we will work with our US based clients and when they have needs in the EU and other parts of Europe, we will have you fill those utilizing your candidate network. If you have at least 5 years of successful CPG/FMCG recruiting experience and speak, read and write English fluently, this could be a good match for you.
