Contracts Manager- Shop-fitting 
Poole, Dorset 
Salary up to 55,000 + Car / Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Bonus

A respected Shop-fitting /Fit-out Contractor based in Poole is undergoing a programme of planned growth and is searching for a capable Contracts Manager to join the team. 
 
You will be joining the retail and interiors arm of a well-known contractor, the company is a market leader in establishing quality technical expertise and a full turnkey approach. 
 
As Contracts Manager, you will be a pivotal asset in the daily, weekly and monthly operating effectiveness of specific Contracts, working closely with the Site Managers / Foreman, Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Management team to drive forward advance planning, programming and management of projects through to completion. Furthermore you will have a firm hold on Health and Safety regulations and the practical application of monitoring these details. 
 

Essentials: 
Currently a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager 
Proven experience in the shop fitting and interiors industry 
Knowledge of Building Legislation 
Effective communication and written Skills 
Be prepared to work over a large geographical area 
Financial and commercial awareness 
 
Qualifications: 
CSCS 
CIOB (Desirable) 
Time Served Understanding of Joinery (Desirable) 
Any related construction management qual. i.e. HND/HNC, BSc. (Desirable)
