Estates Officer (Handy Person)

Elim Housing Association is looking for Estates Officer (Handy Person) to work in our supported housing accommodation projects in Gloucester and South Gloucestershire (full driving licence and own transport are essential).

The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day maintenance, health and safety checks, liaising with contractors where necessary and working with our clients on simple projects including gardening. We are looking for someone proactive with good communications skills.
