PA to the Director - Windsor Design and Build Firm
Windsor + Local Travel

Full time. Permanent. 
Exciting PA position available for a local construction company. Offering a challenging and varied role to an enthusiastic, driven and motivated individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dedicated, professional and proactive support as well as administrative support to the Director. 
Duties to include:
> To support Director with client, supplier and subcontractor liaison and maintain key working relationships. 
> To manage credit accounts and payment of invoices. 
> To file invoices and pass on to bookkeeping. 
> To prepare weekly reports. 
> To support Director in researching best possible options for current and future projects. 
> To manage Director's diary efficiently. 
Must have:
> Experience in PA support at Director level. 
> Construction industry experience preferable but not essential. 
> Able to work well individually or in a small office environment. 
> Excellent admin skills including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
> Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
> Full UK driving licence.
