Telesales / Sales Executive

Telesales / Sales Executive required by frozen food distribution company based in Telford, offering a salary £18,000 per annum + commission.

Sales experience is advantageous but not essential and we will provide support and training to successful candidates.

Due to continued growth within our business, we are looking for candidates with strong communication & organisation skills, good teamwork abilities and the determination to overachieve and progress in their career. We are currently recruiting for an individual who will be office based at our Telford depot, however as the successful candidate becomes more experienced within their role we would give them an opportunity to also spend some time out in the field visiting existing and prospective new customers.

The ideal Telesales / Sales Executive:

• Be highly motivated
• Have a positive 'can do' attitude with good communication and customer service skills
• Be ambitious
• Ability to speak Cantonese / Mandarin would be an advantage but not essential

Responsibilities:

• To develop & manage existing and new accounts
• Handling all customer enquiries
• To work as part of a team
• To manage your own time and to work with the team to hit sales targets
• General telesales/administrative duties
