Job Title: Project Coordinator

Our client is leading voice and data solutions provider. They are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team. The succesful candidate will have worked for a Telecoms company before in areas such as Provisioning or Project Co-ordination and will have product knowledge in areas such as data, Mobiles, CPS, MPLS, broadband,SIP, data circuits, network services etc.

The Project Coordinators provision all the company's Network Services products including Mobiles, CPS/IDA, Line Rental/Installations, Data Circuit/MPLS, Broadband (DSL), Inbound services, SIP, to ensure that services are live at relevant stages throughout the lifecycle of the project and work hard to ensure the customer is updated on our progress at all times - delivery and customer delight are paramount.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

*Processing orders of all company Network Services products, ensuring the customer is updated on our progress at all times. Main products include Mobiles, CPS/IDA, Line Rental/Installations, Data Circuit/MPLS, Broadband (DSL), Inbound services, SIP etc

*Placing orders with relevant providers/carriers.
*Full notes to be kept on the details and progress of each order, via our CRM (ConnectWise).
*Dealing promptly with any rejected/delayed orders and liaising with carriers as required.
*Instructing customers/maintainers of order progression and engineer site visits.
*Coordinating various aspects of an order to ensure that services are live at relevant stages throughout the lifecycle of the project.
*Ensuring orders are made live within the relevant SLAs.
*Updating the billing platform once a connection is live with accuracy and timeliness.
*At all times going to extreme lengths to ensure an excellent customer experience.
*Identifying ways to improve process, rising these improvements to the team manager.
*Dealing with all queries relating to company Network services by phone and email, referring queries to Account Managers/Support as required.
*To recognise and remain vigilant of any customers' showing any sign of leaving company for any services. In the event of recognising such a case, inform Service Delivery Manager immediately.
*At all times keeping in mind the profitability of the company and if in doubt liaising with the Service Delivery Manager.
*Whenever contact is made with a customer, to be aware of any Sales opportunities and where they occur inform the Sales team.

Essentaiial experience includes:

*Data/Mobiles provisioning and/or sales support
*Accounts/finance experience an advantage
*Good knowledge of Mobiles -provisioning and/or supporting
*Communications industry knowledge of provisioning/and an understanding of Mobiles, lines & calls/Data Circuits & DSL/SIP & Inbound services etc.
*Educated to GCSE and/or A Level standard
*Customer Service Experience - preferably dealing with customers via the telephone
*Basic Project coordination experience (unqualified)
