Our client is a professional and forward thinking organisation who are seeking a Data Input Clerk to work on a fixed term contract until June 2017. The successful candidate will be highly computer literate and have fast accurate data input skills alongside strong customer service skills
In terms of skill requirements, these are:
- High computer literacy, particularly MS Office and Excel
- Fast, accurate data entry skills
- Excellent administration and customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills to be able to deal with internal and external customers
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to produce accurate work in a time constrained, pressured environment
Desirable skills are:
- Knowledge of Figaro system
- Experience of working in financial services industry
Duties will involve the following:
- Capturing data updates and inputting these into the system
- Reviewing and checking data for unforced errors
- Administering updates to existing clients, to include change of service, regular payments and static data
- Assisting with general administration duties
- Raising any queries with the management team to ensure 100% accuracy is maintained on all data recorded
