A dynamically expanding company in the automotive industry is seeking to recruit an office administrator to work in a busy and demanding yet friendly office environment.

The office administrator is an extremely important member of the team providing efficient administration support to the management and sales team. You will carry out a diverse range of administrative duties required to provide core support the teams.

Key duties include:

- Booking vehicles for tests
- Tracking vehicle leases and communicating with customers when required
- Maintaining relevant databases
- Resolving customer queries
- Efficient processing of customer payments
- Maintaining communication with other sites.

To apply for this role you will need the following:

- Good standard of general education, with at least 5 GCSEs
- Strong competency in using Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, database, email). knowledge of other softwares is useful
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Confident telephone manner, able to communicate well with customers, provide good aftercare service and sell products to customers
- Some knowledge and/or experience of book keeping (desirable)
- Experience of working in a busy admin role
- Strong ability to multi task
- A warm, friendly attitude and personality
- A clean driver's licence.
