This is an excellent opportunity for an HR / Office Manager to join the team at an already established promotional products distributor, currently with 25 staff based in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Reporting to the Managing Director your key responsibilities, will include:

- To support the Managing Director on a number of key HR & training initiatives and provide project management support
- To oversee talent acquisition and recruitment, improving and developing the employer brand whilst ensuring an effective on-boarding process is in place.
- To provide support on employee engagement initiatives and internal communication. You should therefore be creative and have a high level of written and verbal communication skills with sound attention to detail.
- Provide advice/support and guidance to the team and management to ensure compliance with legislation, Company policy/ procedures and where practicable, best practice.
- Provide Employee relations advice and practical support, attending absence /disciplinary /grievance /appeal hearings (acting as an adviser when required).
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Facilitating the efficient functioning of an office through a range of administrative, clerical, financial and managerial tasks

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience of working in a commercial environment. You will be fully CIPD qualified with a practical approach to HR. The suitable candidate will have a 'can do' attitude, the ability to flexibly manage competing demands, work to tight timescales and manage project work. Hardworking and dedicated, you will be a team player and keen to make your mark in a HR Management role providing full all round support to the Managing Director.

This role can be done as a full time or part time role, and hours are flexible.
