Experienced Manager required for fourteen bedded residential family run home with enduring mental illness in the Cleveland area.
Duties include completion / audit of person centred care plans, management, medication and budgets.
Successful applicants must have ability to liaise / work in partnership with other professionals e.g. GPs, CPNs & Care Managers.
Residential and Mental Health experience is essential. Applicants will need to submit an enhanced DBS application & have level 5 leadership and management award. Also an understanding of C.Q.C. new guidelines and regulations would be required.
