Administration Manager

A fast-growing startup managing a portfolio of its own digital brands is seeking an Administration Manager to support its exciting growth plans. You'll join a small team based in Moorgate, London and have the chance to make an immediate impact on the business.

Role requirements

  • Complete administration tasks related to the sale and purchase of advertising, including handling IOs, invoices, payments and reconciliation

  • Produce accurate accounts and financial reports on company performance

  • Keep all accounting and company records up to date including ownership of accounting software upkeep

  • Manage employee payroll and expenses

  • Handle day to day HR requirements including new starter onboarding, managing contracts, promoting staff professional development

  • Manage the office and provide ad hoc assistance to management as required

Person requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' recent experience in a similar role

  • Highly proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Organised, efficient and hard working

  • Friendly and personable character

  • Adaptable and willing to learn

Salary: £26-32k depending on experience
