Enthusiastic fitness course sales advisors required for Bristol based training business

The Role

The Sales Course Advisor will promote a portfolio of fitness courses, matching them to the individuals' training needs, courses and options - helping them to choose the best qualifications to achieve their career goals. Full training in the company's products and services will be provided for you to guide and assist potential customers with their decisions and helping them to sign up to the right course.

Responsibilities include responding to inbound calls from enquiring / interested parties and making outbound calls to "warm leads" and individuals interested in the company's Fitness Courses.

The Candidate

The successful Fitness Course Advisor will have some previous sales / telesales / call centre / contact centre / inbound / outbound telephone call experience - and/or an interest, enthusiasm or experience in the Health & Fitness sector. With excellent communication skills and telephone manner, you will be a self-starter who thrives on the challenge and providing first class customer service.
