Salary: £23,000 per annum following successful 6-month probationary period

Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

A leading social housing provider has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Worker to join their team based in Leicestershire.

This is a key managerial post contributing significantly to the implementation, management and development of the services in Leicestershire. Working within the Association's corporate aims and objectives, you will help to deliver the outcomes outlined in the Corporate and Regional Plans in order to ensure the services in Leicestershire remain excellent examples of good practice.

Candidate Requirements:

Some of the key knowledge, skills and behaviours required for this role are:

• Substantial experience of staff management and supervision.
• Experience in developing services.
• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Plans and prioritises effectively. Good time management and organisational skills.
• Uses Information Technology to assist in reporting and monitoring, to self-administer and for effective communication.
• Flexible, approachable, positive and enthusiastic.
• Focussed on actions and achieving outcomes.

As the services are dispersed, a driving licence and a car owner is desirable
