We have an exciting opportunity for Reablement Support Workers to join our team within your local community in Suffolk. You will join us on a part time permanent basis working up to 25 hours per week based in various locations throughout Suffolk and will receive an hourly rate of £8.39 per hour plus mileage and other benefits.

Suffolk County Council’s Home First Team are looking for staff across Suffolk to support people who need care when they have been discharged from hospital but have not had care services before. As a Reablement Support Worker your role will be to assist and support these people whilst enabling them to maximise their potential to live as independently as possibly within the community.

This is a great step into a long lasting career, with progression opportunities. If you don’t have experience in this area, not to worry, full training is provided!

We have Reablement Support Worker vacancies countywide across Suffolk covering rural areas around Ipswich, Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Eye, Debenham, Saxmundham, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Lowestoft, Halesworth, Beccles and the Waveney region.
