Can you lead, coach, mentor and motivate young people with ESBD to improve their skills?

One of my wonderful SEN schools located in Plymouth are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and passionate Learning Support Assistant with good organisational and communication skills looking to further inspire students to continue to raise the achievement of all the young people alongside the class teacher.

This exciting opportunity will mainly involve assisting young people who have EBSD, MLD, challenging behaviours and ASD, within multiple mixed classes. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed experienced SEN LSA or graduate with the right level of voluntary experience. The successful candidate(s) will be flexible, committed to supporting other professionals, self-motivated, energetic and patient.

Your knowledge of the needs of the young people with ESBD and the understanding and creativity to enable young people with ESBD/MLD/ASD to enjoy and achieve will make this a very rewarding post.

As I am the dedicated SEN Specialist here at Randstad Education, I work closely with various SEN Schools within Devon & Cornwall, supporting over 50 Teachers & TA's with their search for short term, long term and permanent job opportunities.
