Commercial/Domestic Gas Engineer - Building Services Maintenance

A very well established Building Services Maintenance contractor has a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Gas Heating Engineer to join them to work on their Commercial and Domestic Contracts. (80% commercial, 20% domestic)



The client works on a wide portfolio of buildings across multiple sectors including High End Residential, Retail and Commercial. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing various services including boiler servicing; warm air heater servicing and pipe work repairs so it is key that you have the relevant mechanical qualifications as well as being multi skilled.



Servicing, fault finding and installation of:



· Commercial boilers



· Warm air heaters



· Radiant tube heaters



· Pumps



· Pressurised systems



· AHUs & fan coil units



· Pipe Work - copper & steel



· Appliance Controls



· General Plumbing



· Electrics, single and three phase (heating related)



Applicants must be able to offer:



· A minimum of five years unsupervised experience of servicing and fault finding on commercial and domestic heating appliances (80% of appliances will be commercial although 20% will be domestic)



· Strong mechanical maintenance background



· Ability to survey and price for remedial works



· Full driving license



· Good communication skills



· Clean and tidy appearance



· Ability to work unsupervised and independently



· LPG and Oil experience is not essential but would be an advantage



Current Qualifications and Certificates must include:



· NVQ / C&G plumbing / HVAC



· Domestic: CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, DAH1, WAT1, CPA1



· Commercial: COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1,CPA1
