This high growth tech company provides a software to banks and other large corporates. The company has been recognised by the Evening Standard as 'one of London's hottest techs' and by the Wall Street Journal as 'one of the most useful programs for fraud and investigations'. They currently have offices in London and in New York.

The HR & Office Manager has responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the office and for managing all HR tasks including hiring, inducting new employees, and employee training programmes. The job is full time and based on Old Street in London.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the recruitment of new staff including helping write job descriptions, posting adverts, arranging interviews and issuing offer letters
- Creating a new employee induction programme
- Inducting new employees
- Maintaining all HR records
- Overseeing HR social activities
- Issuing quarterly employee survey, collating the results and working with management on actions for the next quarter
- Maintaining holiday and sick leave records
- Ensuring compliance with all HR legal requirements in the UK and the USA
- Creating staff training programme
- Overseeing staff appraisals, 360 degree feedback, salary review process
- Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
- Ensuring an unending supplies of snacks, drinks, coffee and beer
- Maintaining and improving the condition of the office and arranging necessary repairs

Ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

- University degree
- 2 years working in Human Resources with specific experience in hiring and recruiting
- Basic understanding of employment related legislation
- Excellent organisation and time manage skills
- Ability to use wide range of software including Google docs
- Capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Team player
