Location: Barrow-in Furness, Cumbria
A Domestic Gas Engineer is required to join a specialist gas and facilities maintenance provider with an outstanding reputation for risk management and delivering excellent levels of service. Highly skilled engineers help to drive their business forward, so they are keen to attract motivated and enthusiastic recruits, wanting to work for a leading gas contractor.
They have a position for a fully qualified (Minimum Qualifications required CCN1, CEN1, CPA1, WAT1, HTR1, CKR1) ACS Gas Engineer to undertake gas heating servicing, breakdowns and out of hours callout for their social housing client.
The ideal candidate will have experience of servicing and repairing domestic boilers and fires within social housing properties. A good knowledge of a range of gas appliances including boilers and fires and the ability to achieve a high first-time fix rate is required.
Experience of working within the social housing sector is desirable.
You will be required to form part of the out of hours emergency provision.
Very competitive remuneration, 40 hours per week, 20 days holidays plus bank holidays, van, van-stock, phone/PDA and uniform provided. Pension after qualifying period.
