Tele-sales Executive - Junior Level
Competitive & realistic OTE package - Based on experience. Based in Halfway, Sheffield - this role is full time and office based.

An Engineering / Fabrication business, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of towbars and towing accessories is seeking a Telephone Sales Executive to assist in the continued rapid growth of the business in the UK and Ireland. A new sales team structure, of this is one key position, makes this an exciting time to be joining.

Working into the Senior Tele-Sales Executive and along- side a growing sales team, this role will be supporting growth in all three divisions of the business through pro-active new business calling, sales campaign execution and some existing account growth. It is primarily a new business role involving extensive outbound telephone calling and there will also be a significant requirement to support direct sales campaigns initiated by the business.

The three divisions are all B2B - towbar & electrics sales to towbar fitters, seeking garage clients to use our on-site and mobile fitting service and securing appointments for the sales representative in the engineering/ fabrication division. This makes it a varied and interesting role that would suit someone with creativity.

This is a key sales support role that would suit someone with;

- Proven track record of success in a similar telephone sales role.
- Excellent telephone sales skills
- Drive, determination and ambition
- Excellent data management skills
- Practical experience of CRM systems
- Sales campaign delivery and execution experience
- Data and lower level project management skills
- Some outbound call experience

This is an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Junior level Telesales Executive to make a real impact and to drive their own career development options going forward.

Technical knowledge and experience of both manufacturing / fabrication, and specifically the towbar industry is not essential as support and training will be provided but it may be desirable in the right candidate.
