This successful office supplies company has been based in London / Essex for over 35 years. They are rapidly expanding their successful B2B Telesales department and are recruiting confident, target driven TeleSales Executives to join their fun and vibrant team.

They are seeking experienced individuals (1yr +) to win new business using great communication skills and exceptional sales techniques. In return they offer rewarding career growth opportunities as their Executives take full ownership of the full sales cycle - winning new business, and retaining and managing those accounts in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Generation of new business through daily telephone canvassing and prospecting
- Building a portfolio of new customers
- Managing won client accounts
- Maintaining relationships and ensuring client retention
- Exceeding monthly sales targets

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven B2B sales experience of 1 year minimum, including telesales and account management
- Effective Time Management skills
- Proven ability to manage own workload
- Self-motivation to achieve high levels of commission, and a good team player
- Focus on exceeding targets
- Ability to negotiate effectively and successfully, and to work well under pressure
- Fluency in English (Oral & Written)
