An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to ensure the successful operations of one of the UK's foremost business support organisations.

Working in a fast paced environment, you will be responsible for office administration and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness, compliance and safety. Liaising with key internal stakeholders, you will provide support to corporate functions and develop and implement workflows and systems to improve service efficiencies. You will also provide administrative and day-to-day support to a number of Directors including the Chief Executive.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the Chief Executive, Chairman and Directors' administration and resource needs effectively
- Work with the Legal team to ensure operational compliance with Health & Safety requirements and maintenance of legal documents
- Liaise with key stakeholders to develop and implement business systems and processes, assessing where these can be automated through usage of the company communications and information platform
- Effectively manage budgets for company cars and office stationary requirements
- Support the coordination, development and engagement of the corporate intranet and collaboration platform to drive the internal communication agenda and business culture
- Manage incoming communications appropriately in a timely manner
- Manage office filing, travel arrangements and meeting venues
- Prepare high quality reports and documents as requested to agreed deadlines

Skills & experience:
- Proven office management and administrative experience
- Experience in assisting Senior Managers and Directors
- PC literate with an excellent working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in supporting and orchestrating usage of the company communications and information platform, ideally in a SharePoint environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with strong time management skills and communication skills
- Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
- Sensitive to working with discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work on own initiative, taking appropriate decisions in the company's best interests
- Experience in working in an environment where priorities change regularly
- Demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to improve working practices and procedures
- Given that the role provides support to a number of Directors, the Chief Executive, the Chairman and other corporate functions, must be able to identify and manage priorities to ensure support is available to stakeholders in a timely manner

Salary & benefits:
Salary between GBP26,000 - GBP29,000 per annum dependent on experience; 10.5% non-contributory pension; 26 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, life assurance and income protection, access to voluntary benefit options including child care vouchers, flexi pension and ability to buy holiday.
