Like to work closely with customers? Bring your skills into the world of 3D

As a start-up company, just over two years old, they are already making an enormous impression on the exciting, high-tech 3D world. An international developer of advanced 3D scanning systems and associated solutions, this company has operations in both the UK and the USA.

As C++ (SDK) Software Engineer, you'll assist with customer implementation as well as provide ongoing technical support to their SDK customers, ensuring constant improvements are met. In collaboration with the engineering team, you'll also ensure packaged deliverables of the Kit consistently meet their quality standards. So from the outset, it's important that you take on board customer requirements and work closely with them to help implement the SDK into their own solutions, identifying any potential technicalities along the way.

As part of your day-to-day regime, key responsibilities will involve:

- Utilising high level C++ to code, design and document
- Participating in code reviews, adhering to and contributing to code standards
- Maintaining software builds (CMake based) to ensure continuous improvement
- Assisting in release planning to ensure quality and deliverables to customers are met
- Contributing to the Fuel3D Agile process (JIRA ticket) to ensure effective planning, tracking and reporting of robust SDKs
- Regularly reporting on progress to the project management team and customer representatives.

Ideally possessing a BSc. in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, you'll need a fantastic insight into C++ coding and design along with a sound knowledge of Agile. Experience of providing technical support to customers with knowledge of debuggers and analysis tools are also necessary qualities for this role.

Excellent English written and spoken communication skills are a must along with super attention to detail and the ability to clearly document processes and procedures. A strong team spirit and a desire to communicate and share ideas with others will be a great asset too.

As an innovative and fast growing business, this is an exciting time to join this company, so if you're ready to discover more about the world of 3D, this is a great company in which build a future.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK indefinitely.
